My first Christmas

This year was Mikayla's first Christmas. She had so much fun. She didn't wake up until 9:45, so our Christmas present was sleeping in :) ! Then we woke up and fed her, made and ate some french toast and then sat down to open presents. She wore the cutest little pj's to bed. She looked like a little edible candy cane. She was so cute.





Mom's sewing machine broke a couple months ago, so Dad bought her a new one! Yay!


This was a paper mirror that was in the back of the toothbrush box. Mickey had a lot of fun looking at herself.


We tricked Dad! He got this universal remote in the mail the day before Christmas and we hurry and wrapped it...he said "I thought this should have come yesterday." hehe


Merry Christmas everyone...we had a great Christmas with family and we were grateful to remember the Christmas season and remember Christ and all he has done for us. We am so thankful to be Christians and to have the Savior in our lives. We would be lost without him.

Bad Eyes

Grandpa came over a few weeks ago for dinner and he put his glasses on me. Wow, I think he must be blind...which makes me wonder if my moms eyes are so bad because Grandpa put his glasses on her too? :)


Does anyone think that I would make a good librarian? HEHE

*The crunch of the leaves under my feet and under my car tires
*The fresh crisp smell early in the morning
*My husband likes it when I wear sweaters, so...sweaters
*That spring is just a little closer than it was at summer time
