WHOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

My goal for the fundraiser for Brooklyn's Playground was to sell 100 Fitness Inc. passes, which would have raised $1000. I didn't quite make it to 100 passes, but with the help of some friends from work ($70 donation), I only had to sell 93 passes. So on the last day of the fundraiser I had sold 91. There was no way I was going to stop this fundraiser $2o short of my goal!!!! So I bought the extra two with intentions of getting them sold QUICK!

They were gone the day after the fundraiser ended!!!

Since the twins have been born I don't feel very productive outside of my usual mommy duties: feeding, changing diapers, soothing sad babies, bathing children, pumping, showering, cleaning, laundry, dishes.......so I thought I would do what I could to help out my friend with her endeavor to build this playground for her daughter.

I know $1000 isn't a whole lot when the overall goal is $400,000, but I feel good for doing my share! I feel like I have done something worthwhile to help out someone else!

Hey everyone. I'm going to be heading up a fundraiser to raise money for a cute little girl in our community as well as many other children that will benefit from this fundraiser. Brooklyn is in a wheelchair and wants to play on outdoor playgrounds as much as any kid wants to.

Please help us raise money by purchasing a 3 month membership from Fitness Inc for only $20. That is less that $7 a month! What a deal!!! There are no obligations to continue your membership once the three months are over!

Tell all your friends too so we can raise as much money as possible!

Photoshoot Round 3

Here is the last set of pictures of the babies. We also got a family pictures and some other shots with Mikayla. I love these pictures SOOO much! The girls look like little baby models, which they could be they're so stinkin' cute! This photographer will be taking the girls pictures four more times between now and when they're 18 months...so keep checking back!

Photoshoot Round 2

My sister-in-law, Melonie, also does photography so when the girls were about 2 1/2 weeks old we took a trip up to here house to get some more cute pictures taken. My favorite thing about these pictures is how well they capture the girls personalities at their young age: Addalyn is a feisty little girl that knows what she wants and she wants it right away; Sydney is relaxed, laid back, and pretty easy to please.

Photoshoot Round 1

When the girls were only 6 days old they got to take a little trip to Uncle Daryl and Aunt Jen's house. Jen does photography and she took the babies pictures for us. I love how natural and classy these pictures are! She did such an awesome job. She filled up an album and a picture frame with the pictures. Wes brought the album to the hospital for me to see and I had an emotional breakdown. I have this problem with "not thinking" about my problems and then it's almost like they're not real. As soon as I saw the album it all hit me that I hadn't seen my babies and this was such an awesome present...I started crying so hard I was shaking. Wes had to put the album away and let me see it later so I didn't start convulsing with my tears.

Thank you so much Jen! I couldn't have asked for a better gift! I would have missed all their little looks and bodies if you wouldn't have taken the time to do this wonderful thing for us! You are amazing!
